So it is Monday. Am 60kgs, about 6 kgs above my weight. Guess Winter paid off. Therefore, I have a plan. Of course. Including dieting, and excersice…but am a rock star, so how to keep up with the all-nighter, smoker dancing lifestyle and still lead a healthy weight loss?. (Actually am not that much of a rock star anymore, am old, mind you)
